Summary

As an AE - MM for Astute Payroll by Deel, you'll play a pivotal role in breaking into a brand new market. You will be focused on building relationships with multiple contacts across various levels of our target customers within the staffing and temporary recruitment industry in the UK. Your contributions will significantly impact our bottom line, making this one of the most vital roles in our company. Your day-to-day activities will involve driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and/or managing relationships within a defined segment or product. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. It is essential for delivering strong revenue performance and supporting overall commercial strategy.
