Summary

Support Deel's finance department by handling day-to-day financial transactions, requests and taking ownership of key month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping inline with SOP's and policies. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance and help maintain accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

Key point of contact for the global area of intercompany processing, reporting and reconciliations.
Prepare daily and monthly journal entries for multiple international entities, relevant supporting schedules and ensuring entries are compliant with internal and external controls.
Adhere to the month end and quarter end close processes and timelines through completion of recurring tasks, high volume reconciliations and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations in a compliant and timely manner.
Coordinate audit requests for areas of responsibility and assist management.
Identify process and control improvement opportunities and liaise with teams across the business to implement the appropriate modifications or/and new solutions.
