As a Forward-Deployed Integration Engineer at Deel, you'll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You'll collaborate directly with strategic customers to understand their technical needs, then design and implement solutions that drive impact — from custom integrations and automation workflows to complex platform use cases.

You'll represent Deel to our clients and our clients to Deel. This is an extremely technical and highly collaborative role where empathy, initiative, and creativity are just as important as your ability to write production-ready code.

Get ready to

Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives
Design and implement tailored technical solutions, often using Deel's and our partner Accounting and HCMs' APIs, webhooks, and backend infrastructure
