About The Role

Motion is revamping its Desktop app to provide native-level experiences. As Motion evolves into a true suite, customers expect world-class Desktop experience. Example projects include:

Dramatically improving the memory profile of our app
Supporting a way better dynamic toolbar
Real-time, on-device voice transcription capabilities
Native-level MacOS widgets
And much, much more

Two thirds of Motion users prefer using the desktop app over web and mobile. This is the most important client, and performance and architecture are crucial. If you're someone who has a passion for performance, Electron, and hybrid native experiences, this is the role for you.
