This individual should possess strong communication skills, be open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, be adept at recognizing and celebrating the achievements of others, and have a genuine passion for our technology, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and teaching.

Consistently executed what is forecasted to senior management

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

BA/BS required
15+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software
10+ years managing a team of sales teams
Have sold to the Financial Services industry
Sold to CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, or Data Science
Ability to coach your team how to target and pursue an opportunity with our ideal customer profile within a complex sales cycle
Experience outperforming targets as an individual contributor in an outbound role
Ability to coach AEs how to navigate commercial and legal negotiations when w
