We’ve helped small businesses increase productivity and serve their customers better through an extensive platform of integrations, robust workflow automations, and practical AI applications. As we continue our mission to make automation work for everyone, our current focus is to unlock that vast potential within Enterprise customers—organizations comprising dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of employees. These companies already recognize the value of automation; we are now empowering them to implement it at scale, ensuring control, visibility, and confidence in their chosen tools.

To do this, Zapier is expanding its Enterprise zone and seeking several highly motivated Senior Backend and Sr. backend leaning Full Stack Engineers. We are looking for experts passionate about solving complex problems and delivering new value to customers, driving innovation in workflow management, and changing the future of automation use for some of the largest companies in industry.

The Enterprise zone is made up of several teams. We’re currently hiring several Backend or Back-leaning Fullstack engineers for 4 of them which are looking for similar skills. The teams are:

Enterprise Experience
Enterprise Response
Asset Management
Observability Platform

Team Focus

The Enterprise Experience team is tasked with pioneering new approaches for enterprise account/tool management rather than simply refining existing ones. Our foundational projects include:

Developing the first user flows specifically for enterprise administrators and builders.
Establishing a central hub for Account Admins to oversee and manage their accounts.
Empowering Account Admins with expanded data insights and controls across all current and future product teams.
Significantly improving the rest of our product's frontend to exceed current industry standards for enterprise-grade software.
Creating essential features like:
- Hierarchical account management
- Cross-organizational visibility into usage and assets
- User management, provisioning, and role assignments
