None of the legacy job boards gave me what I needed when I was job searching. I wanted a company where I could learn from the people, share the same values, and be treated well. But the big job boards only tell you that a job exists. And with all the “ghost” postings on LinkedIn and Indeed, sometimes even that wasn't true.
