We are seeking an experienced data leader with strong business acumen and a rigorous analytical mindset. This role will play a critical part in shaping our data infrastructure and driving measurable business impact.
In the initial phase, you will partner closely with Data Engineering to design, build, and scale a robust data warehouse that supports Marketing, Product, and broader business teams. This phase requires the ability to navigate complexity—bridging multiple data functions, aligning stakeholders with differing priorities, driving accountability, and effectively operating within organizational dynamics.
In the second phase, you will lead and develop a team of analysts focused on optimizing ROAS, accelerating revenue growth, and improving overall profitability. This role combines strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on execution to ensure data translates directly into business performance.

While this role at Resident is remote, if hired, please note that Resident employees are expected to first notify the People Operations Team (HR) if they plan to move from the state in which they were hired. Additionally, from time to time, the Company may organize in-person meetings, trainings, team events, or other off-site gatherings that are important to business operations and team alignment. Attendance at these events is considered an essential function of the role, and Resident employees are expected to participate and travel as-needed.
