Your mission
The Enterprise Sales Executive will cover Healthcare customer accounts. They work every day across the C-Suite and Digital Transformation groups to deliver value to the customer in a one stop shop for automation. We provide the tools that free up time so employees can focus on tasks that require more critical thinking, and create a better working environment. You will be challenged and supported by the best in the industry as you pave your own path to success.
What you'll do at UiPath
Executive Engagement & Consultative Selling
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders, engaging in value-based conversations around AI, automation, and Digital transformation. Position UiPath’s end-to-end Agentic Automation platform to address Industry specific challenges such as patient administration, revenue cycle management, compliance, data interoperability, workforce productivity, invoice processing etc.
Sales Execution & Forecasting
Manage the renewals sales lifecycle from discovery and solution alignment to negotiation, deal closure and expansion.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Drive disciplined adoption of sales methodologies, account reviews, and performance metrics.
Customer Success & Internal Collaboration
Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Conduct regular business reviews with healthcare account sponsors to track outcomes, reinforce value realization, and establish reference customers
