These working models may be dependent on specific roles and are mutually agreed upon by employees and their managers.\nIn-Office\nOur in-office employees have a dedicated desk in a MongoDB office and typically work there three-to-five days per week. Employees may choose to be "in-office" or have a role that requires them to work regularly from a MongoDB office.\n\nFlexible\nOur flexible employees typically work from a MongoDB office one-to-two days per week at a shared desk in their given office location. The rest of the time they work remote.\n\nFully remote\nOur fully remote employees are not required to work from a MongoDB office.\n\nCustomer-facing remote\nEmployees who are customer-facing remote work remotely, but may be required to meet with current or potential customers in person."
