Qwilr is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our top-of-funnel growth engine.
This role is accountable for generating high-intent demand that converts into new business revenue. You’ll set the growth strategy, run experiments to identify new growth areas, and work hands-on with our internal team and partners to turn channels into predictable revenue drivers.
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: keeping a clear view of the numbers and the market, while still rolling up your sleeves to ship, test, optimise, and scale.

Build confidence in what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next.
You won’t be running everything solo, but you’ll be accountable for performance, prioritisation, and learning across:
SEO/AEO: Partner closely with our in-house Growth Marketing Manager to drive sustainable, high-intent organic growth and influence how we appear on AI platforms.
Build a repeatable test → learn → scale framework for new initiatives. Be relentlessly curious about what is working, and why.
Act as a thought partner to the CMO, Head of Revenue Operations, Product Marketing Manager, and the wider go-to-market team.
Strong analytical instincts, paired with good judgment and curiosity.
Experience scaling one or both sales-led and product-led growth motions.
Clear communicator who brings structure and momentum to ambiguous problems.
