Summary

The Team Lead, Payroll Compliance will ensure payroll and tax compliance across EMEA, aligning processes with legal requirements. You will lead a team of experts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide compliance insights to support payroll system development. Staying informed on relevant legislative changes, you will ensure systems are updated and proactively address compliance risks. Oversee payroll and tax compliance with region regulations, ensuring all processes align with legal requirements.
Build a small team of experts to ensure coverage across critical region jurisdictions, aligned with our product strategy
Support the Product Management team by providing insights and guidance on legal and compliance issues during payroll engine development.
