Who is eligible for certification?

Any company with remote or hybrid work options. Whether you are fully distributed, remote-first, or offer flexible hybrid arrangements, you can apply. There is no minimum company size.

How does scoring work?

We assess six dimensions of remote culture: Retention, Engagement, Morale, Onboarding, Technology, and Equity. Each dimension is scored independently, giving you a clear picture of where you excel and where to improve.

What do employees need to do?

Nothing. We do not require employee surveys. Our assessment uses published policies, benefits data, anonymous review platforms, and hiring zone analysis. Employees can optionally leave reviews on our platform, but it is never required.
