As the Senior Marketing Manager, Growth, you will be a key driver of membership and revenue growth at FOLX Health. This is a hands-on role for a builder who loves turning insight into action and shipping meaningful improvements across the funnel. You’ll partner closely with our CMO to identify the highest-leverage growth priorities at any given moment, then go deep on execution.
Some quarters, that may mean building and optimizing lifecycle programs. Other quarters, it might mean improving website conversion, sharpening in-product activation, or driving retention and multi-service adoption through our community. If you’re excited to own programs end-to-end on a lean team—where your work directly shapes product and strategy—this role is for you.

Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000 plus benefits and equity
