At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product, and are looking for a Director of Analytics to join our remote team and help elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships through data.
In this leadership role, you will own Feeld's Analytics function, with a clear goal of supporting and empowering everyone across the business to make data-driven decisions. You will do this through a business partnering model, working alongside analysts in the data team to deliver complex analyses for stakeholders across product, marketing, and commercial functions. You will work closely with other leads in the Data Circle to grow the team’s footprint and impact.
We are looking for a leader who builds capability, raises the bar on both analytical rigour and actionability, and makes data feel accessible, inspiring and empowering to everyone at Feeld.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop the Analytics team, creating a high-trust environment focused on growth, rigour, and impact.
- Champion the goal of empowering everyone at Feeld to make data-driven decisions, reducing barriers to insight and building confidence with data across all functions.
- Own Feeld's business partnering model, embedding analytics capability across product, marketing and commercial functions, and partnering directly with analysts to deliver complex analyses for business stakeholders.
- Define and own Feeld's measurement strategy, establishing a consistent framework for how the business sets goals, identifies the right input and output metrics, and evaluates performance across functions.
- Develop product analytics coverage across retention, lifecycle, and user behaviour to ensure the business has clear visibility into what drives engagement and long-term value.
- Develop marketing analytics to support campaign measurement, acquisition efficiency, and channel performance, enabling the marketing team to make faster, better-informed decisions.
- Support commercial and strategic decision-making through rigorous analysis, helping leadership understand growth opportunities, trade-offs, and performance against company goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure analytics frameworks are properly governed in our data platform, working closely with the Data Platform team to keep infrastructure aligned with business needs.
- Define and maintain clear measures of success for the analytics function, and communicate progress and insights regularly to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations across all analytical work.
Requirements
About You
- You have senior-level analytics leadership experience in a consumer product, with meaningful exposure to both product, marketing and commercial analytics.
- You are a people-first leader. You build high-performing teams, invest in the development of your direct reports, and see team outcomes as your primary measure of success.
- You have experience in a high-growth environment, comfortable operating at scale while retaining the speed and pragmatism of a smaller organisation.
- You have a strong track record of embedding analytics as a business partner, influencing decisions rather than just producing reports.
- You have experience building or owning a measurement strategy, and understand how to create frameworks that scale across a business.
- You are an exceptional communicator who can translate complex data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have a clear point of view on what good analytics looks like, and the confidence to push for it.
- You are energised by complex problems and thrive in an environment that moves quickly, bringing clarity and structure where it is needed most.
- You are a strategic systems thinker who understands how data creates leverage across an entire organisation, not just within individual teams.
- You appreciate reproducible analysis, written documentation, and the operational discipline that enables a team to scale.
Important: Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Snowflake, dbt and Omni (or equivalent) is helpful. We care more about your depth of thinking than the specific stack you have used.
Bonus Points
- You have experience in marketplace businesses.
- You have experience in async-remote environments.
- You have exposure to AI-driven analytics and an interest in developing this capability further as Feeld evolves in this direction operationally.
How You Will Grow
- Develop the business partnering model for analytics at Feeld and define what data leadership looks like in a remote-first, fast-moving company.
- Collaborate with a diverse, globally distributed leadership group across product, marketing, and commercial functions.
- Work with a forward-thinking data team willing to experiment with new ways of creating value from data.

About us:
Feeld is an independent, experimental and fully remote organisation reshaping the dialogue on dating and sexuality. The company was founded in 2014 and has evolved since to become the open, distributed structure it is now. We have a naturally agile and fluid culture. The whole team is fully remote, which means you work where and when helps you perform at your best. We regard autonomy highly and treat our organisation as a product – we iterate, improve and test things internally to see what works best for everyone.
Our culture:
We believe in creating a safe work environment through humanity, fluidity, safety, transparency and progressiveness. When hiring, we look for culture add rather than culture fit.
