Health Insurance

For US employees, Circle covers up to $2,670 per month toward Cigna medical plans. Outside the US, monthly health-insurance reimbursement is capped at $250 for an individual, $500 with one dependent, or $750 with two or more dependents.

Sabbatical

After five years, employees receive two additional weeks of paid sabbatical leave, usable within two years of the anniversary.

Bereavement Leave

Employees receive three additional bereavement days.

Flexible Schedule

Circle does not track hours and uses a highly asynchronous, documented work style across time zones.

Home Office Stipend

Technical roles receive a $3,000 technology and home-office stipend, while nontechnical roles receive $2,150. The stipend is issued on day one and renewed every three years.

Why Circle (Community Platform)

Circle is proud to be a fully remote company of around 270 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world.
