Fintech has a ready answer for why its people should be at a desk the company owns. Compliance review, security posture, data residency, licensing obligations: the case is that this work is too sensitive to happen from a kitchen table. It confuses location with control. SOC 2, the security audit fintech buyers routinely ask for, does not ask where your engineers sit. It asks who can reach production, whether that access is logged, whether a change was reviewed before it shipped, and whether you can prove it months later. Those are answers you write down, not seating you enforce.
This page is what is left when you apply that standard to the hiring market. All 10 companies here are classified Fully Remote or Remote-First, two of the five tiers we use to describe how an employer actually operates, and every one of them has roles open right now. They sort by REMOTE Score, highest first, and any company without a published score sits at the end.
The list is short on purpose. Our fintech set runs past a hundred companies, most of which have nothing open at the moment, and of the ones hiring, several are hybrid employers that belong on a different page. We did not backfill to reach a rounder number, and every profile here was reviewed by our team before it went live. A free account opens up all 594 remote jobs on the platform, plus alerts when new ones land at these companies.
