Cresta's Remote Policy

Cresta's careers page calls its working model hybrid: "Our hybrid model is built for flexibility. While some roles have in-office expectations, many are fully remote."

Its open roles lean further toward remote than that label suggests. Most current postings are fully remote, open to candidates in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, India, Spain and Taiwan. A smaller set is attached to an office: sales development roles in San Francisco and New York, internships in Toronto, and backend engineering roles in Romania and Berlin. Each posting states its own location and work arrangement, so check it before you apply.

The careers page adds: "We are a global team with offices and remote opportunities in locations all around the world."

Why Cresta

Cresta was born at Stanford's AI Lab in 2017, co-founded by Sebastian Thrun, Tim Shi and Zayd Enam, and is backed by Sequoia, Greylock and WiL. Its hiring shows how much of the work happens next to customers: alongside backend, ML and infrastructure engineers, the team hires forward deployed engineers and forward deployed product managers for its AI Agent product, plus AI deployment managers, conversational designers and embedded AI experts.
