From Salesloft's job postings on its careers page: US roles are "a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States", and engineering roles describe "a remote-first, distributed environment". Roles tied to its Guadalajara and Bengaluru offices are hybrid, requiring "the ability to be onsite in our Guadalajara, Mexico office as needed."

US employees choose between two Cigna medical plans, a PPO and a high-deductible plan with $0 MDLive telehealth visits, and Salesloft is covering two-thirds of the 2026 cost increase. UK employees get Bupa medical cover at no cost.

Why Salesloft

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Atlanta, Salesloft is a sales engagement and revenue orchestration platform powered by agentic AI. It opened its first European office, an EMEA headquarters in London, in April 2019. Since the merger, Clari + Salesloft has announced the gradual sunset of Drift, its conversational marketing product, and refers existing Drift clients to 1mind as the successor.
