Since the Accenture deal closed on May 20, 2024, Udacity's employer surface has largely disappeared. Its careers, culture, values, life-at, how-we-work, and benefits pages no longer resolve. udacity.com/jobs redirects straight to an external job board that carries no link back to the company site. Press releases now issue from Accenture's newsroom under the "Udacity, Part of Accenture" name, and the cookie notice on udacity.com names Accenture PLC as the data controller. The company that posts jobs today is a unit inside Accenture, not the independent Silicon Valley startup its own older pages described.

What remains in public view is a mentor marketplace. Every one of the 16 current openings is an independent-contractor or external-contractor engagement: technical mentors, session leads, tutors, accelerator mentors, and an on-call video editor pool, typically scoped at roughly 25 to 30 hours per week alongside a candidate's existing job. The four values published on the About page and repeated in every posting footer are obsess over outcomes, take the lead, embrace curiosity, and celebrate the assist. Mentors get trained the way learners do: the final step of the hiring process enrolls accepted applicants into a Nanodegree program with expert support.
