Not under Udacity branding. Searching Accenture's own careers site for either "Udacity" or "LearnVantage" returns no results, so if Udacity employee hiring is happening, it is not discoverable as Udacity hiring on any public surface. All 16 openings on Udacity's job board are independent-contractor or external-contractor engagements across six groups: Mentors, Accelerator Mentor, Session Lead, Tutor, Tech and Career Instructor, and Video On-Call. Zero full-time employee roles are posted.
Contractor postings name eligibility across the US, Canada, Europe, MENA, India, and APAC: that qualifier appears in the title of eight of the 16 open roles. Separate postings target Argentina, Japan, and India specifically, and one is listed in San Francisco. Udacity states its mentor network spans 12 countries. Check the individual posting for its terms. These are contractor eligibility zones, not employee hiring locations.
No. Zero of the 16 live postings include a salary or hourly range, or any dollar figure at all. Each one carries the same boilerplate saying that as required by local law, Udacity, an Accenture company, will provide a reasonable range of compensation, without disclosing one up front. For contractor pool roles the postings say Udacity will reach out to qualified candidates with details on project scope, timelines, and compensation as new initiatives arise, so pay is discussed only after the company makes contact.
Four steps, published on the become-a-mentor page. First, application: find the role and apply. Second, assessment: an online technical and interpersonal assessment. Third, interview: technical and interpersonal interviews. Fourth, train: Udacity enrolls accepted applicants into Nanodegree programs and provides personalized expert support before they start mentoring. Applications also ask candidates to confirm they can commit 25 to 30 hours per week on a contract basis.
None on its own site. There is no published health, dental, vision, retirement, parental leave, PTO, stipend, or learning budget information on any Udacity page, and none appears in any of the 16 postings. The /benefits page returns 404. What the mentor page does list are contractor engagement perks: additional income on your own schedule, recognition for your expertise, the chance to shape Udacity content, and access to a global community of other experts. The benefits listed on this profile come from third-party records that all predate the May 2024 Accenture acquisition, none is confirmed by Udacity today, and none applies to the contractor engagements currently open.
Practicing technical experts who want paid part-time teaching work alongside a current job. The postings pitch "the flexibility to work part-time as an external contractor alongside your current commitments," and the tracks map to working specialties: agentic AI, cloud and DevOps, cybersecurity, data, software architecture, product management, and business leader programs. The work is delivery-facing and video-synchronous: one-to-one calls, technical deep-dive sessions, and group Q and A, with follow-up over Slack or video. All 16 openings are contractor or mentor engagements, and no full-time employee roles are posted under Udacity branding.
