Our Legal team is a strategic partner at the heart of the business — focused on enabling growth, innovation, and operational excellence while also responsibly managing and mitigating risk. We work cross-functionally with all teams across the organization including Trust & Safety, Finance, Marketing, Sales, People, and Operations to build a trusted, compliant, and scalable marketplace. As Legal Operations Manager, you'll be the connective tissue of the Legal team — keeping our systems, vendors, finances, and workflows running smoothly so our attorneys can focus on high-value legal work. You will independently own and continuously improve legal operations workflows, systems, and processes, driving measurable efficiency, cost, and quality outcomes across the function. You'll own our legal operations infrastructure end-to-end, from e-billing and outside counsel management to contract systems and knowledge management. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who is as comfortable diving into a billing audit as they are imagining how AI can reshape how a legal team operates.
Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
