Part Time Remote Behavioral Health Assessment Clinician - Texas Licensed
Clarity Pediatrics is redefining pediatric chronic care in a fragmented $100B industry.
Clarity is fast emerging as one of the most innovative leaders in pediatric health. One in three American children has a common chronic condition like ADHD, allergies, asthma, and obesity – yet families struggle to get timely, high-quality care. We scale virtual access to multi-specialty care, putting all the care a family needs in one place. We are turning a chaotic, fragmented and expensive care journey into a clear path forward.
Now is a great time to join - we just closed a substantial Series A, which means we have runway, ambition and a growing team. Since inception, we’ve raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, Strava, and Tia.
We’re committed to taking care of the healthcare providers who care for our patients. Our benefits include:
Part-time compensation:
Clinical Hourly Rate: $62.00–$96.00 per completed session
And more—we’re growing and evolving, so tell us what matters most to you!
Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Assessment Clinician to join our remote, multidisciplinary team.
In this specialized role, you will exclusively provide behavioral health assessments and intake evaluations for children, adolescents, and their families, with a primary focus on ADHD and anxiety. You’ll gather and synthesize clinical information, evaluate diagnostic criteria and functional impairment, identify safety concerns and relevant differential diagnoses, and help families understand the most appropriate next steps in care.
This role is designed for clinicians who enjoy the assessment and diagnostic process, can quickly develop rapport with children and caregivers, and are skilled at distilling complex clinical information into clear, actionable recommendations.
This position does not include an ongoing individual therapy caseload or routine group facilitation. Instead, you’ll develop deep expertise in assessment and serve as an important entry point into Clarity’s multidisciplinary care model.
Participate in consultation, training, calibration, and ongoing quality improvement to strengthen the consistency and quality of Clarity’s assessment model
You’re a licensed mental health professional with either:
A master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field and active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC; or
You’re tech-savvy, a quick learner, and excited about shaping the future of behavioral health through innovative, virtual care

Clarity's open roles are posted as remote. One leadership posting, for revenue cycle management, says the role may be based in the San Francisco office or be fully remote. One therapist posting describes a remote-first work culture, others describe it as remote-friendly, and clinical postings ask clinical staff for a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suited to remote work. One growth role is an exception that involves regular travel within Texas.
Most clinical postings require a California license, and candidates are asked to be open to obtaining additional state licenses, which the company supports. The registered dietitian posting asks for licensure in California and/or Texas.
Yes. The careers page advertises both part-time and full-time roles with flexible hours, and many current clinical openings are part-time, including pediatrician, therapist, group therapist and dietitian roles. Clinical postings describe flexible scheduling within the clinic's operating hours, which one therapist posting lists as 7 am to 8 pm Pacific, Monday through Saturday.
The careers page lists comprehensive health benefits for employees and their families, a 401(k), and flexible PTO with a generous vacation policy. A current job posting adds detail: medical, dental, vision and ancillary benefits including 12 therapy appointments per year at no cost to the employee, a free One Medical membership, 20% off Kindbody fertility services, and a full week off for the December holidays.
Yes. The careers page lists ongoing professional development, including CME and CEU for clinicians, and clinical postings mention stipends for additional learning and development alongside support for obtaining additional state licenses.
For some roles, yes. A growth leadership posting offers a competitive equity package in an early-stage company, and the Director of Provider Growth Marketing posting also lists equity.
