What You'll Do
Solutions Architectは、お客様の技術面・ビジネス面の双方における信頼されるアドバイザーとして、お客様と連携しながら、Mapboxプラットフォームを活用したソリューションの設計、プロトタイプ開発、導入を支援します。
お客様やアカウントチームと直接連携し、ニーズの把握からアーキテクチャの設計、ソリューションの実現までをリードします。データ、モビリティ、地図を組み合わせることで、優れたデジタル体験を創出し、具体的なビジネス成果につなげていく役割です。
技術に関する深い知見とビジネスへの理解をあわせ持ち、戦略、アーキテクチャ、ソリューション実現のすべてに関わりながら価値を生み出すことにやりがいを感じる方に適したポジションです。

As a Solutions Architect, Automotive, you'll work with a diverse range of customers—from global OEMs to Japanese startups—to shape the next generation of mobility experiences.
Solutions Architects are trusted technical and business advisors who partner with customers to design, prototype, and deliver solutions on the Mapbox platform. You will work directly with customers and account teams to discover needs, design architectures, and deliver solutions that turn data, mobility, and mapping into effective digital experiences and measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical depth with commercial acumen and thrives at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery. Successful candidates typically have a mix of software engineering, product management, solutions engineering, and technical consulting experience prior to this role.

Some roles are open to candidates anywhere in one country, such as anywhere in the US or any city in Germany, while others require you to be based in a specific country, such as the UK. Yes. Mapbox's culture page lists offices in San Francisco, Washington D.C., Tokyo, Minsk and Helsinki, plus a London coworking space. Postings describe the flexibility to work from home or periodically from an office where applicable, and a small number of roles are marked hybrid or on-site, so check the individual listing.
Mapbox job postings say the company is distributed across time zones and makes most decisions in documents and Slack, and they list clear written communication as an expectation.
