Role Overview
HighLevel is accelerating its Email Marketing platform to become the AI-first communication engine for businesses worldwide. We are looking for a Staff Product Manager - Email AI to lead the vision and execution of our generative and autonomous marketing intelligence. In this role, you will transform how agencies and businesses create, optimize, and execute lifecycle marketing by building generative, autonomous, and predictive capabilities natively into our platform. Your mandate is to define the multi-year vision for Email AI—driving user adoption, campaign creation velocity, and engagement across the entire HighLevel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generative Content & Layout AI Strategy
Define and execute the vision for prompt-to-email creation, AI copy generation, brand-aware messaging, and multi-language copy localization. Enable non-technical marketers to create production-ready email layouts and copy instantaneously.
2. Build Autonomous Sequence
Architect and deploy 'Sequence AI' capabilities that automatically design multi-step lifecycle journeys—such as lead nurture, cart recovery, onboarding, upsells, and re-engagement—from simple natural language prompts.
3. Drive Predictive & Send Optimization AI
Lead the development of predictive recommendations, send-time optimization engines, automated subject line scoring, and dynamic personalized content fields to continuously maximize engagement rates.
4. Establish AI Governance & Quality Safeguards
Maintain high standards for responsible AI by establishing guardrails around brand voice consistency, content quality evaluation, hallucination suppression, and global privacy compliance.
5. Drive Product Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment
Establish a 12–18 month product roadmap for Email AI aligned with HighLevel’s broader company strategy. Partner closely with core AI, Engineering, Product Design, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams.

Most HighLevel roles are remote, and working from its Dallas or Tampa hubs is an option rather than a requirement. The exception is some Dallas-linked roles, which are posted as hybrid or expect frequent in-office time in Dallas. Check the location notes on the specific posting.
HighLevel's culture page talks about working from anywhere, but its job postings are tied to a specific country rather than open worldwide. Check the country named on the posting before applying.
The careers page lists employer-paid health and vision insurance, short-term disability coverage, a company-matched 401k, and a generous PTO policy that includes paid family leave and holidays. The Life at HighLevel page adds mental health support, educational stipends, mentorship and leadership programs. HighLevel notes that benefits vary by location, and the published list includes US-specific items such as the 401k.
For US roles, generally yes. Most of HighLevel's US job postings state an annual base salary range. Postings for roles based outside the US typically do not include one.
It depends on the role. HighLevel's postings, especially in design, often describe collaborating across US and India time zones. Some India-based roles set fixed shifts that overlap US business hours. Check the posting for any stated working hours.
