Apollo.io
Apollo.io builds an AI go-to-market platform that combines prospect data, sales intelligence and execution in one system, so sales and revenue teams can find, research and engage buyers without switching tools. Founded in 2015, the company sums up its aim as "making world-class go-to-market accessible to everyone."
Apollo.io's Remote Policy
Apollo's careers page says: "We offer both remote and in-person roles, so you can work from home or from one of our growing office hubs." Its Life at Apollo page adds: "We're remote-first where it makes sense and in-person where it matters," and "With clear expectations around communication and collaboration, and tools built for global teams, we make it easy to stay connected from anywhere."
The same page notes: "Due to compliance requirements there are a small number of countries where we cannot allow remote work (whether temporarily or permanently). Remote jobs that are eligible for visa sponsorship or support are indicated specifically in the job postings."

Why Apollo.io
In March 2026 Apollo acquired Pocus, a deal it framed as advancing its vision for an AI-native GTM operating system. It applies the same thinking internally: its job postings carry the line "We are AI Native." Leadership changed in February 2026, when Matt Curl became CEO and co-founder Tim Zheng continued as Chairman.
Apollo's working model has shifted as it has grown. A 2024 post on its engineering blog described a remote-only company with no HQ or offices; by 2026 its careers pages described a mix of remote and in-person roles. Engineering still calls itself remote-first: a 2026 offsite post says "We collaborate on Slack and ship across time zones." Distributed teams also make time to meet, with engineering offsites in Goa (2025), Kraków (2025, marking the launch of Apollo's Poland entity) and Kovalam (2026), and the company runs an annual hackathon, ApolloHacks. Its stated values include taking extreme ownership, focusing on urgency, learning voraciously and being "All for one."
