Supabase builds in the open, and it runs as a company the same way it ships its product. It is born-remote and completely asynchronous. There are no Supabase offices, the team is spread across many timezones, and work runs through Notion, Slack, and Discord rather than a wall of scheduled meetings. You know what needs doing and when, and you set your own pace to get there.
