The Browser Company writes its culture down in a values document called Notes on Roadtrips, first versioned in June 2022. The five values are blunt and specific: show up with heartfelt intensity, start with “what could be?”, assume you don’t know, you’re on the hook for the team, and make them feel something. The document also says: “At the end of the day, the product we’re actually building here is each other.”
