Why Vynca

Vynca started in 2013 as an advance care planning software company, then became a care provider too. In 2021 it acquired ReSolutionCare to offer care throughout California, and in 2022 it began palliative care in Oregon, Washington, Utah and Idaho. Today its clinicians handle specialty palliative care, care navigation and enhanced care management, and its engineers build the care orchestration software behind that work. The goal is to keep people with serious illness out of the hospital and in control of their lives.

Care teams are intentionally multidisciplinary, combining medical, social and emotional support in one team. In 2025, Vynca reports, those teams provided care and support to 9,865 people across California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah.
