The Patient Access Coordinator is Vynca's front line — often the first voice a patient, family member, provider, or health plan hears. This role owns every inbound call and, separately, owns direct referrals end to end (from providers, hospitals, facilities, and community partners) through intake and prep, then hands the fully prepped referral to EMA for direct outreach. MIF list referrals are out of scope for this role. The ideal candidate is warm and calm under pressure, catches clinical red flags, and keeps calls and referrals moving without anything falling through the cracks.
At this time we are only considering applicants in the following states with a strong preference for those EST based: California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington.
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance, and perform other duties as assigned.

Not always. Some remote postings limit applicants to named states. For example, one HR Business Partner posting says it is only considering applicants in Colorado, Illinois, Utah or Texas. Check the location line on each posting before you apply.
The careers page lists paid time off covering vacation, sick time and flex time, several medical plans, wellness benefits for healthy living, mental health and financial well-being, 401(k) plans with a company match, and a tuition reimbursement program for employees who want to further their education.
Some do. Compensation summaries on Vynca's job postings show sign-on bonuses on several roles, bonus eligibility on others, and equity on engineering roles. The terms vary by role, so read the compensation section of each posting.
Engineering postings name Python, Java, Flask and FastAPI, Spring Boot, streaming tools such as Kafka, Kinesis, Flink and Spark Streaming, plus AWS and Kubernetes. Much of the work is healthcare data integration using standards like FHIR, CCDA and HL7.
Clinicians and care staff who want to treat people at home rather than in a facility: open roles include registered nurses, LVN and behavioral health case managers, nurse practitioners, community health workers and case management managers with LCSW, LMFT or RN credentials. Engineers interested in healthcare data and care software also fit, as do people in finance, HR, training and account management.
