We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to play a pivotal role in our Palliative Care team. As a RN with us, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-notch, evidence-based care to a panel of seriously ill patients. This position requires consistent travel throughout the below territory, with primary travel occurring throughout Humboldt, Coastal, Redding, Shasta, and Far North areas. Candidates wishing to be considered must reside within 25-miles of the assigned territory due to frequency of travel.
Patient Care:
Deliver nursing services aligned with individualized care plans under the direction of the patient's provider, assessing treatment effectiveness and the patient's physical and emotional responses.
Float Nurse
Assist in covering patient care for other care teams during normal working hours
Administrative
Strong collaboration with scheduling team to identify travel dates
