Area Director, Partnerships Team - Central Region

Talkiatry is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Area Director to lead our Partnerships Activation team across the Central region. As the commercial leader for your Area, you'll build and develop a high-performing team, grow relationships with health systems and medical practices, and deliver the commercial results that drive growth across your region. In this role, you'll lead one of Talkiatry's most important growth engines – our provider referral partnerships program – helping providers connect patients to timely, high-quality mental health care.

This role combines people leadership, commercial strategy, and executive relationship development. You'll lead a team of Provider Partnerships Managers, helping them succeed through thoughtful hiring, in-market coaching, and clear accountability. At the same time, you'll shape how Talkiatry grows across your region by identifying new partnership opportunities, guiding where your team focuses its efforts, and working cross-functionally to turn opportunities into sustainable growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

You’re the ideal candidate if you’re a leader who enjoys building teams as much as building businesses. You know how to coach people to perform at their best, navigate ambiguity with good judgment, and earn the trust of both your team and your partners. You're equally comfortable coaching an individual contributor and leading executive conversations with health system partners.

This is an opportunity to lead one of Talkiatry's fastest-growing regions, develop exceptional people, and play a meaningful role in expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare through trusted provider partnerships.

To be considered for this role, you must live in one of these states:

Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas

About Talkiatry:

Talkiatry is transforming mental health care by making high-quality psychiatry more accessible, human, and sustainable for both patients and clinicians. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, we were built to solve one of healthcare’s most urgent challenges: millions of people struggle to access mental health care, while clinicians face growing administrative burden and burnout. Through our technology-powered, in-network platform, we’re changing that, creating a better experience for patients and empowering clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Today, Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists, 250+ therapists, and more than two million patient visits delivered nationwide. At our scale, every innovation has real impact. Every workflow we improve, every technology solution we build, and every patient experience we redesign helps thousands of clinicians provide better care to hundreds of thousands of patients. We’re not just growing quickly — we’re redefining how behavioral healthcare is delivered in America.

Joining Talkiatry means joining a mission-driven team that is solving complex problems at scale, driving meaningful change in healthcare, and building the future of mental health care with compassion, innovation, and purpose.

• Data-driven, using performance insights to guide decisions without losing sight of the people behind the numbers
• Highly accountable with strong operational discipline and a bias toward action
• Motivated by purpose and energized by the opportunity to expand access to high-quality mental health care
