Growth Manager
The Growth Manager is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Candidates must reside in the Mexico City, Mexico. Some travel is required, for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc. Candidates must hold a valid passport, be able to travel internationally and speak fluent Portugese. We are also open to candidates fluent in Spanish.
Acceleration Partners is seeking a Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for some of our largest and most complex client programs. In this role, you will identify, develop, and scale high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth and help clients achieve their business objectives. You will shape recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies, uncover emerging growth opportunities, and influence partnership roadmaps beyond traditional affiliate models.
By 6 Months: You've developed strong relationships with your clients and their key partners, and have a firm grasp on the recruitment and reporting process. You're consistently sourcing and engaging partners who can drive real revenue and scale for your programs, meeting partner outreach goals as well as recruitment and revenue goals. You regularly bring relevant new partner opportunities to your clients and help keep AP on the forefront of affiliate publisher and partner models. Clients see you as someone who brings ideas, not just executes on them.
By 1 Year: You're consistently meeting or exceeding your goals and have established efficient reporting and recruitment processes, along with best practices that benefit the broader team. You've built a reputation for identifying opportunities that drive considerable revenue growth and for collaborating with partners and clients to develop new activation tactics that help clients exceed their goals. You've also successfully identified and activated non-traditional partner types for your clients.
