Procurement Coordinator

Open roles are currently posted in Romania, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa (Cape Town), and the Philippines, all tagged remote. The wider employer-of-record footprint is broader, but active postings sit in those five countries.

Job postings state that roles are engaged as independent contractors, working from home. HKR.TEAM consolidates the payroll and compliance side for the client company you are embedded with.

Usually a client. Most postings are for roles embedded full-time with a single US-based client company, with HKR.TEAM as the staffing and employment partner rather than the day-to-day product team.

Yes, remote is the norm. The physical offices are specific and optional: Clujhub on Strada Regele Ferdinand in Cluj-Napoca and One Tower in Bucharest's Floreasca district. Postings frame dropping in as a choice, never a requirement.

No. Postings list only "fair market pay" with no numeric ranges, and no benefits page or named benefits appear on the careers site.
