After a resume review, qualified candidates have a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed for some roles by a hiring manager screen and a take-home or live-coding assessment. The final stage is a set of virtual interviews, typically four rounds of 45 to 90 minutes over Google Meet, covering technical skills and competencies mapped to Mapbox's company values. If an application moves forward, Mapbox says it will reach out within 14 business days, and it suggests the STAR method for structuring interview answers.
