Our Martech Squad builds the platforms and integrations that power how Dave reaches, engages, and retains its members. The team enables personalized messaging, campaign execution, and lifecycle marketing at scale, ensuring the right members get the right message at the right time. Working in close partnership with the Marketing team, the squad also owns and evolves our marketing website — driving improvements in performance, discoverability, and search engine optimization, including leveraging AI-driven SEO strategies to stay ahead in an increasingly competitive landscape

No. Dave does not differentiate pay based on work location, so you receive the same competitive pay wherever in the U.S. you are based. Its job postings publish salary bands, for example roughly $150K to $200K for senior product manager roles and $174K to $224K for a lead machine learning scientist, each plus equity or commission.
