Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior, Impartner Administrator, Partner Relationship Management
This position is needed to maintain, optimize, and scale extraordinary partner portal infrastructure for our rapidly growing Global Partnerships teams. The Partner Support team is essential for the success and scalability of our partner and indirect sales channels. We are the system heart of the organization, driving the platform configurations, integrations, and data hygiene that unlock new possibilities across Channel Sales, Alliances, and Partner Marketing.
This Senior Impartner Platform Administrator will serve as the technical owner of our partner ecosystem tech stack. With a strong focus on advanced Impartner PRM configuration and robust Salesforce CRM integration, you will execute our technical roadmap to deliver frictionless user experiences for our global partners. This role is a perfect match for a technical platform administrator who thrives on deep system architecture, automated workflows, and high-impact "Keep the Lights On" (KTLO) system maintenance.
The ideal candidate has a passion for building robust integrations, possesses an eye for system data integrity, and is constantly seeking ways to simplify complex admin configurations behind the scenes.

Every posting binds the hire to one named country, so roles are country-bound rather than hire-from-anywhere. Some narrow it further: India roles specify Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, or New Delhi, and UK roles state the role is remote and based in the UK.
Yes, and it varies by role. Roughly a third of Twilio's current postings carry an explicit US state or metro exclusion. The most common clause rules out hires in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, and WA.
