The corporate team of roughly 3,300 employees operates under "Flex First," a model introduced in 2022 that gives people three options: work from offices in San Francisco, Atlanta, or Toronto; flex between home and office 1-3 days per week; or work fully remote from anywhere in the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, Ontario, or British Columbia. Over 70% of the team is eligible for fully remote work.
