Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI to own how AI shows up across Webflow's platform. This is our Agent Access area, spanning the Webflow AI Assistant inside the Designer, the 3rd-party agents that reach Webflow through MCP, the Agent Instructions that guide them, and the platform underneath that powers it all.
It's early, fast-moving territory. Much of what "good" looks like for AI-assisted creation hasn't been written yet, and you'll help define it, unlocking new ways for developers, partners, and creators to build for the web.
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

Important: Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

No. Webflow states it will never issue a return-to-office mandate, and offices are optional. Deliberate in-person time comes through a paid offsite cadence instead: team and department offsites plus an all-company retreat. Roles that do need a specific geography or time zone, mostly sales and office management, say so in the job description.
Current openings list five hiring locations: U.S. Remote, Canada Remote (British Columbia and Ontario only), Argentina Remote, London hybrid, and Chicago or Washington D.C. hybrid. Engineering roles are remote; the hybrid roles are concentrated in EMEA and US sales and marketing.
Webflow publishes a cost-of-labor pay-zone system and posts salary ranges on roles. The US has three zones (Zone A covers NYC, SF, San Jose, Seattle, and Jersey City), the UK and Canada each have defined zones, and a 75-mile or 120-km radius rule determines your zone. Every permanent employee receives RSUs, and roles are bonus or commission eligible.
Remote employees get a monthly stipend for remote work expenses like coworking, internet, or mobile, plus a one-time home office setup bonus.
Flexible vacation with no accruals plus separate paid sick leave, a fully paid five-week sabbatical after five years, 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents with at least 6 additional weeks for birthing parents, a 401(k) with 100% employer match up to $6,000 per year in the US, and up to 20 one-on-one therapist or coach sessions per year. Health coverage extends to dependents with Webflow covering most premiums, including gender-affirming and menopause care.
Within limits. Webflow publishes AI hiring principles stating that every hiring decision is made by a human. Candidates may use AI with constraints, but live AI ghostwriting during interviews is disqualifying, and BrightHire is the only approved recording tool.
