Health Insurance

Short-term disability in the US replaces 70% of income up to $3,500 per week for up to 180 days, and long-term disability replaces 60% of salary up to $25,000 per month starting on day 181. No election is required for either.

On-demand mental health and wellness programs are offered to employees and their families.
