At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
We are looking for world-class Solution Engineers to join our Global field teams whose technical skills and customer savvy will help customers understand and utilise the value of the cutting-edge data platform that we are building. They must share our passion about reinventing the data platform and thrive in a dynamic environment.
The Solution Engineer will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. In this role you will work directly with the account sales team on a handful of global accounts with GCCs in India to accelerate their Snowflake journey. The Solution Engineer will be responsible for providing the technical expertise to make Snowflake customers successful in driving existing projects and uncover new use cases. This data architect will have a broad range of skills and experience ranging from data architecture to ETL/ELT, data science, security, performance analysis, analytics, etc. He/she will have the insight to make the connection between a customer’s specific business problems and Snowflake’s solution, the customer-facing skills to communicate that connection and vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences, and the technical skills to be able to not only build demos and execute proof-of-concepts but also to provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with high visibility across the organisation.
The Solution Engineer has the willingness to jump in and do what it takes to make Snowflake and our customers successful. It means keeping up to date on the ever-evolving technologies for data and analytics in order to be an authoritative resource for both Snowflake and customers. They should work collaboratively with a broad range of people, both inside and outside the company.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.

For some roles. Snowflake decides remote eligibility role by role rather than companywide, and remote roles are a minority of its openings. Each remote posting names the state or country it is open to, such as Remote, New York, United States or Remote, Germany, and Snowflake does not advertise work-from-anywhere roles.
Snowflake posts every role against a named location, either a city office or, for remote roles, a specific state or country, so where you can work is set listing by listing. Most of its openings are in the United States, and it also hires in the United Kingdom, Canada, continental Europe and Asia-Pacific markets such as Japan, India, South Korea and Australia.
Snowflake's US job postings include a base salary range. Beyond base pay, its careers site says eligible employees receive new hire equity, a quarterly bonus or commission program, and access to the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Through that plan, eligible US employees buy shares with payroll contributions of 1% to 15% at a 15% discount, applied to the lower of the share price on the first or last day of the offering period, with enrollment each February and August.
No. Snowflake's FY2026 annual report states that contributions to the plan are discretionary and that the company did not make any matching contributions to the 401(k) plan for each of the fiscal years ended January 31, 2026, 2025 and 2024. The US plan is otherwise well built out: pre-tax, Roth and after-tax contributions are all offered, employees are eligible from their first day of employment, and anyone who does not act within 31 days is automatically enrolled at a 5% pre-tax contribution rate.
Snowflake does not call its time off unlimited, and in the US it is not accrued either. Its US benefits site says PTO isn't accrued, so there's no set balance to track, and asks employees to coordinate with their manager ahead of time to plan time off through the year. US sick time is take it as you need it for full-time exempt employees, while non-exempt employees accrue 2.77 hours each pay period, and an absence of more than five consecutive sick days moves to a medical leave of absence. In the US, Snowflake observes 13 annual holidays.
In the US, birthing parents are eligible for up to 26 weeks of paid, job-protected leave, and non-birthing parents for up to 12 weeks. Both figures are ceilings rather than fixed entitlements, and both apply to children joining the family through birth, adoption or foster placement. The 26 weeks include pregnancy disability time for delivery and recovery. The baby-bonding portion, and the full 12 weeks for non-birthing parents, can be taken all at once or intermittently in blocks of at least two weeks, before the child's first birthday or within a year of adoption or foster placement. Pay is 100% of base pay through a combination of Snowflake short-term disability for the birthing parent, local paid family leave income, and top-up pay from Snowflake. Requests need at least 30 days notice where the leave is foreseeable.
