Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together.
So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.

The Global Account Management team is looking for a tenured account manager, consultant, or sales professional with experience managing high-value technical accounts to help retain and grow Square's presence in the Mid-Market space across France.
You will work with top C-level executives and technical leaders, finding creative ways to make Square's ecosystem work in complex, global organizations. You will identify ways to expand Square's reach with customers and act as an internal advocate for Square's highest-value clients.
The ideal candidate will have worked in Mid-Market Account Management, business development, consulting, partnerships, sales or sales engineering and will be well-versed in working with and presenting to senior decision makers, including C-level executives, IT, finance and operations. They will have experience managing projects with multiple company partners on behalf of customers. Internally at Square, you will work in collaboration with product, engineering, finance, implementation, marketing, legal and sales to ensure successful establishment and growth of our customers.

L’équipe Global Account Management recherche un(e) Account Manager, consultant(e) ou professionnel(le) de la vente expérimenté(e), ayant une solide expérience dans la gestion de comptes techniques à forte valeur, afin de contribuer à la fidélisation et au développement de la présence de Square sur le segment Mid-Market en France.
Vous collaborerez avec des dirigeants de haut niveau (C-level) ainsi qu’avec des responsables techniques, en trouvant des solutions créatives pour intégrer l’écosystème Square au sein d’organisations complexes et internationales. Vous identifierez des opportunités pour élargir l’utilisation des solutions Square auprès des clients et jouerez le rôle de porte-parole interne pour les clients stratégiques à forte valeur de Square.
Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) aura une expérience en gestion de comptes Mid-Market, développement commercial, conseil, partenariats, vente ou ingénierie commerciale, et sera à l’aise dans les échanges et présentations auprès de décideurs de haut niveau, notamment des dirigeants C-level, ainsi que des équipes IT, finance et opérations. Il ou elle aura également une expérience dans la gestion de projets impliquant plusieurs partenaires internes au nom des clients.
