Why Nearform

Nearform has operated as a fully distributed company since 2011, long before remote work became mainstream. Their team of engineers, designers, and data specialists spans Europe, North America, and South America, working on complex software problems for enterprise clients including Walmart, Starbucks, Uber, and PUMA. Rather than retrofitting remote policies onto a traditional office culture, Nearform built its operation around the idea that good engineers exist everywhere and should be able to work where they live.
