Overview This role is tailored for a Staff Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of JumpCloud's Single Sign-On (SSO) into a next-generation identity platform. You will lead the transition from traditional passwords to a biometric-first, AI-governed authentication ecosystem. Job Summary As the Staff Product Manager for SSO & Next-Gen Identity, you will own the combined strategy for SSO/Jumpcloud GO, our flagship phishing-resistant, passwordless login solution. Your mission is to eliminate "password fatigue" by leveraging device-native biometrics (Apple Touch ID, Windows Hello) while simultaneously pioneering the governance of Agentic AI—treating autonomous AI agents as first-class digital identities within our directory.
