As a TPM for SRE, you will partner with SRE leaders and engineers to scale the platform that underpins all of MongoDB’s cloud products. You will drive program execution, strengthen production reliability practices, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across US and EMEA teams. Success in this role means smoother launches, clearer roadmaps, stronger reliability metrics and an SRE organization that's better-equipped to deliver predictability at scale.
This role can be based out of our Dublin or Cork office or remotely in Ireland.
This role puts MongoDB's values into practice. You'll own hard, ambiguous problems end to end. You'll build together with SRE, engineering, Security, and Compliance to co-create solutions that work across the organization. MongoDB assigns one of four working models per role: In-Office, Flexible, Fully Remote, or Customer-Facing Remote, so remote eligibility is role-specific rather than company-wide. Most current openings are hybrid: of roughly 400 active roles, only about 27 are fully remote. Confirm the working model on the specific job before applying.

Compensation is geo-based, calibrated to the local market for each role. Equity is granted as RSUs that vest over four years (25% after the first year, then 6.25% each quarter), and employees can buy shares through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan at a 15% discount. Median total compensation sits around 217K USD.
