Vox is seeking a technically skilled, experienced and organized Video/Audio producer to make the video and audio versions of The Gray Area, Vox’s philosophy-minded, conversation-driven podcast. This twice-weekly show brings deep, nuanced discussions about ideas, ethics, politics, and culture to a broad audience.
We are looking for an editorial-minded producer who can suggest guests, coordinate bookings, prepare guests, manage technical workflows, edit full episodes including implementing first cuts. This person must have experience working with YouTube, and will direct host intros, create thumbnails and other assets, and oversee YouTube publishing.
This job is based in our New York City or Washington DC office.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
