Why Fleetio

Fleetio publishes a nine-tenet engineering philosophy at fleetio.com/careers/engineering: Momentum, Ownership, Product First, Knowledge, Remote Friendly, Default To Action, Work-Life Balance, Data-Driven, Celebration. The tenets that are spelled out come with definitions rather than slogans. Momentum means aligning teams, tools and process to "deploy top notch value multiple times a day." Default To Action means "indecision is the worst decision." The same page publishes the full engineering interview process, including a take-home coding project Fleetio pays candidates to complete.
