Coursera and Udemy are now one company, bringing together two mission-driven brands to create the world’s most powerful platform for turning learning into progress. Together, we help more than 300 million learners and 12,000+ enterprise customers build the skills they need for a world being reshaped by AI. Read more about the combined company by visiting our blog.
AI is transforming how people learn, work, and grow, and the need for new skills has never been greater. Coursera brings trusted content and credentials from leading university and industry partners, while Udemy brings a dynamic skills marketplace and global network of real-world experts. By combining these strengths, we can connect more people and organizations to the skills they need, when they need them.
By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to reshape how the world learns and applies skills—and help millions of people participate in the new economy. Bring your ideas, expertise, and perspective to meaningful work that can make a difference at global scale.
As an Account Lead, you will own the full customer lifecycle: acquiring net-new enterprise logos, expanding and renewing installed accounts, and serving as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders. You will build and execute territory and account plans, run a transparent and repeatable sales process, collaborate closely with Customer Success, and act as the voice of the customer across Coursera. Your success will be measured by new ARR, renewals, expansion revenue, and forecast accuracy.
This role directly advances Coursera’s mission by helping enterprises build skills at scale while driving sustainable growth through both acquisition and expansion across Malaysia and one or more additional ASEAN markets.

No. Coursera offers a choice of where to work, but its job postings also say the globally distributed team comes together intentionally for collaboration, complex problem-solving and key milestones. At least one current posting is explicitly hybrid: "This is a hybrid role in Denver or Austin." Check the location line on each posting before you apply.
Coursera lists home office reimbursement and connectivity support among its benefits, and its careers site says people working from home get the tools and support they need to build a home office. The company does not publish a dollar amount for either benefit.
Coursera's postings describe competitive, zone-based pay aligned to where you live. US postings name pay zones such as US-Z3 (which includes California, New York and Texas) and US-Z4 (which includes Florida, Arizona and Ohio). Total rewards also include bonus and RSU equity programs.
Coursera describes five stages: application, a recruiter chat, a hiring manager interview, panel interviews, and then offer and onboarding. The company says its interviews are structured and skills-based, and that it recruits across global locations.
Coursera covers tuition for degrees and extends learning access to employees' families. It also lists therapy, coaching, caregiving support, fertility benefits, an annual wellbeing stipend, generous parental leave, company-wide rest days and donation matching. Coursera does not publish figures for these benefits.
Coursera runs an annual Employee Engagement Survey. In 2025, 92% of employees took part, and the company says its engagement results beat the New Tech 1000+ benchmark.
