Join us at a pivotal moment as we scale our revenue operations globally. As Chief of Staff to the CRO, you'll serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier to our revenue leadership team, driving operational excellence and orchestrating high-impact initiatives. As part of the Office of the CRO, you'll also manage our Communications lead and CRO Initiatives Program Manager, giving you direct ownership over how the CRO's key initiatives get built and run. This highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategy at the executive level while developing your path to senior leadership.
You'll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution translating vision into action while maintaining the organizational agility needed in a high-growth environment.
The responsibilities encompass direct assignments driven by the CRO as well as autonomous leadership efforts informed by the feedback and key priorities of the CRO leadership team. This role will help enable communication, collaboration, strategy execution, and special projects across the CRO organization.
The GitLab Revenue Team builds and scales the go-to-market capabilities that power our global growth and customer success. Acting as strategic partners to customers and internal stakeholders, the team aligns revenue solutions with company objectives to acquire, expand, and retain world-class customers.
The Revenue Team spans multiple functions working in coordination: Sales teams drive new business and expansion across territories and segments; Customer Success ensures adoption and value realization; Sales Strategy & Analytics provides insights and enablement; Field Operations optimizes processes and systems; and Partner teams extend our market reach through channel and alliance relationships. As a fully distributed, async-first team, the Revenue Team serves as the growth engine of the company, provides data-driven insights on pipeline and forecast, and champions initiatives that strengthen market execution while modeling the collaboration practices that enable GitLab's remote culture to thrive at scale.
