UiPath is seeking an exceptional Director of Customer Success to lead and scale our customer success operations across telecommunications, high-tech, media, and retail and consumer goods. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, driving portfolio performance, and serving as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market organizations.
As a Director of Customer Success, you will own portfolio performance, proactively reduce systematic risk end-to-end, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable outcomes for our most strategic government customers. You'll drive operational rigor and discipline across delivery while modeling leadership presence and culture that demonstrates extreme ownership and execution.

Top-performing Directors of Customer Success, demonstrates portfolio-level outcomes through proactive risk management and data-driven decision making. They operate confidently in the "math" of forecasting and planning while maintaining deep customer relationships. They bring unique qualifications through their leadership approach, strength in Sales partnership, cross-functional influence, and expertise in business processes, solutioning, and strategic advisory credibility.
Successful candidates will be able to articulate their top 3-5 immediate priorities, identify the biggest risks or gaps in the current state, and outline a clear 30/60/90-day execution plan to drive team alignment and portfolio priorities.
